Ben Bernanke is starting to resemble a person trainer - asking for more and more, even as it hurts, for the sake of the individual's own good.  Only in Bernanke's case, he's asking for money instead of reps with a dumbbell, and our metaphor's individual is actually both the average taxpayer and our economy.
